Q: Why do you prefer to only serve from 2 to 12 people? A: My niche as a Personal Chef is presenting an intimate dining experience, and I feel that 12 people is the maximum number, without losing the intimacy and the quality of the meal. Q: I want to have a sit-down dinner for 25. Can you recommend a caterer? A: Yes, I can. Click here for my recommended list of caterers. Q: On the day of my celebration, do you prepare from my kitchen? A: I will have most of the menu items prepared ahead of time, and the last minute items—such as broiling salmon—will be executed in your kitchen. On average, I would show up in your kitchen at least two hours prior to your guests arriving. |
