Hors D’oeuvres

 antipasto platter of black dry-cured olives, pickled fennel, and soppressata salami

 tiny gougères filled with wild mushroom farcie and Andante goat cheese with a chipotle crème fraîche

 blinis with roasted sweet peppers and eggplant caviar
